The School may modify services as operationally or technically necessary, with advance notice provided via the site.

Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, force majeure events, or technical failures.

Online application services operate according to the School's admissions schedule. Applications submitted after the closing date may not be processed.
